Collectivo is an ecological fashion studio based at the Saint-Ouen flea market, with a focus on young designers.

Our mission: to create collections with zero new materials and help a new generation of designers develop their business in eco-friendly fashion through vintage & upcycling.

In 2023, we co-created with 12 upcycling designers and 4 emerging second-hand bargain hunters.

Our FW23 collection, named "Classe Ouvrière", carries the founding intention of the collective: to highlight all the faces that make fashion.

Our first show, presented in the Recyclerie's former train station, is a tribute to those who have always worked in the shadows: artisans, designers and couturiers, who create the meeting point between art and craft.

Through their presence on the catwalk, we wanted to celebrate the entire upcycled creative process, recognizing the work and expertise of all those who have contributed: the teams from Groupe La Poste who collected and sorted their old, worn-out uniforms, the designers from the collective who imagined the upcycled creations from these materials, and the workshop seamstresses who carefully transformed them.

The collective strength of workers was at the origin of the industrial revolution and our modern society. It is on this same strength that today rests the hope of a more virtuous and egalitarian circular revolution.

We can all be part of this change.

The collection is a hybrid of vintage pieces and upcycling creations made from worn-out clothes from the postal worker's wardrobe entrusted to us by Groupe La Poste.
6 designers from the collective played with the materials and colors of the workers with a contemporary eye. While 2 bargain hunters from the collective completed the silhouettes with a search for Vintage pieces echoing the workers' theme.
