REFUNK-PARIS is an e-commerce site that creates and distributes collections of upcycled clothes and accessories, designed by upcycling fashion designers from all horizons and entirely made locally, by workshops within a 30km radius of Paris.

3. GENERAL OPERATION OF THE SITE
REFUNK-PARIS offers online on the site a Selection of Exclusive Creations made with independant designers.
REFUNK-PARIS acts as a trusted partner for designers to co-create and produce upcycled clothes and accessories. designers are paid a commission on the sale of each of their designs.
These General Conditions form a contract between REFUNK-PARIS and the User.

4. MANAGEMENT & PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1 USE BY REFUNK-PARIS

In France, personal data is protected in particular by law n ° 78-87 of January 6, 1978, law n ° 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.
REFUNK-PARIS undertakes not to infringe the privacy of Site Users and the confidentiality of the information provided.
The purpose of the data collected is to establish contact between Users and to ensure the proper functioning of the Site.
REFUNK-PARIS may need to transmit this data to technical service providers for the purposes of executing the Order and operating the Site.
The data collected will in no case be transferred or sold to third parties by REFUNK-PARIS.
